Privacy notice

To Die For Murder Mystery Events is run by Leana. This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone and company if you give them, the event type, date, guest count, location, the experience you’re interested in and any notes.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, plan your event and send you a quote. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Your inquiry is saved in Airtable, which we use to keep track of requests, and a copy is emailed to Leana. The website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. See Airtable’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to plan and run your event, and for up to two years after that for our records. Ask us and we’ll delete them sooner.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. Vercel Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell new visits from returning ones, and we see only totals, not who you are. Nothing you type into the inquiry form is sent to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent, reply to any email from Leana and ask. We’ll take care of it.
